Platonically: Encouraged. Would love deeper CR, since it's more of a challenge with her.
Romantically: Might be difficult. I personally don't see Naomi getting into romantic relationships easily (and this is coming from someone who ships Naomi/Little Guy—one-sided) but if you're interested talk to me and stuff.
Partnership: Already partnered to Brock. Also, I imagine any weapon she would take would have to be healing-related in some way—she's not willing to go out and be a soldier on Shibusen's behalf. For general resonation (without permanent partnership): if you have a decent work ethic and have a healthy respect for people's lives, you're probably good with her.
